A non-frame column bears on a base plate set over three inches of non-shrink grout atop a concrete pile cap or pilaster. Anchor bolts feature double nuts, hardened washers, and a half-inch by four-inch square plate washer embedded at the bottom. Number four ties spaced at six inches with a minimum of three ties are provided at the pile cap.
