Steel deck bears perpendicular to a bond beam wall utilizing an L4x4x1/4 by 1 foot 3 inch angle placed on each side. Two three-quarter-inch diameter expansion anchors with 3 and a quarter inches of embedment secure the angle, centered in the deck flutes at 12 inches on center. A typical top of wall gap is maintained, with a minimum 6-inch clearance to the concrete edge. Exterior wall connections require a plate and four three-quarter-inch expansion anchors similar to parallel wall details.
