A wide flange beam and composite deck frame adjacent to an elevator shaft wall with a minimum two-and-a-half-inch clearance. A bent plate forms the deck edge, secured with a three-eighths-by-four-inch by one-foot-four-inch plate anchored using two quarter-inch-diameter by three-inch expansion anchors. A pair of three-by-five-by-three-eighths-inch long-leg-vertical angles connect below, utilizing one three-quarter-inch-diameter A307 through bolt in vertical two-and-a-half-inch long slotted holes. A rail support post is positioned below referencing the plan, welded with typical quarter-inch fillet welds.
