Steel deck frames perpendicular to a masonry wall with a bond beam. An angle measuring four by four by one-quarter inches and one foot three inches long is anchored to the wall with two three-quarter-inch diameter expansion anchors featuring three and one-quarter inches of embedment at twelve inches on center centered in the deck flutes. A typical top of wall gap is maintained, and a six-inch minimum clearance to the concrete edge is required.
