A four-by-eight wood ledger connects to a concrete wall panel using three-quarter-inch-diameter epoxy anchors spaced at sixteen inches on center with Hilti HIT-RE 500-SD adhesive. Two-by wood joists support plywood sheathing and the finished landing surface, with joist sizing specified on the stair framing plan. The landing assembly fastens directly to the ledger, which bears against the face of the concrete wall panel.
