A stair intermediate landing assembly consists of a light-weight concrete fill supported by a ten-gauge metal pan with welded wire reinforcement. The metal pan bears on a continuous L2x2x3/16 ledger angle welded to the support framing. A hollow structural section beam and channel stringer support the stair landing per the structural framing plan. Puddle welds secure the metal pan at twelve inches on center typically.
