Steel deck panels feature nestable sidelaps positioned at the top in an inverted configuration, fastened with number 12-14 by 3/4-inch Teks 1 screws spaced at 12 inches on center. The deck is secured using a specific screw pattern with Taks screws in a 36/4 pattern. Two rows of boundary screws are required all around all openings.
