A post-tensioned concrete slab bears on a vertical concrete wall with a two-layer building felt slip joint trowelled smooth and level. Slab reinforcing bars extend into a two-and-a-half-inch diameter by six-inch styrofoam sleeve, and wall reinforcing dowels extend upward per structural notes. Post-tension end anchorages are embedded within the slab edge alongside two-and-a-half-inch diameter by slab-depth styrofoam sleeves at each wall reinforcing bar. Vehicle barrier cables are positioned above the slab edge per architectural plans.
