A center module connection at the top and bottom conditions of an HSS truss. Hollow structural section vertical members and chords intersect with channel framing aligned at the mateline. A one-half-inch thick plate is used typically at the connection joints, accompanied by a three-eighths-inch plate at the sniped end of the channel in module C. Tube sizes vary between top and bottom conditions, while plate sizes and connection dimensions remain identical. Centerlines and dimensional increments of one and one-half inches and three inches define the layout.
