Option 1 connects a concrete slab on grade to a concrete tilt-up panel using a half-inch diameter HSA anchor, a Lenton Form Saver, and number four dowels measuring two feet six inches long at eighteen inches on center threaded one end. Option 2 provides an alternative connection using number four dowels measuring two feet six inches long at eighteen inches on center epoxied into the concrete tilt-up panel with a minimum one and a half inch cover. Both details maintain a minimum one and a half inch concrete cover at the slab interface against the tilt-up wall panel.
