A precast concrete wall panel section is detailed with continuous reinforcing bars and transverse ties. The vertical section features a three-inch recess on one face, with two number seven bars continuous on each face at the top and bottom, and number five horizontal bars at ten inches on center on each face. Transverse support is provided by number three ties at eight inches on center. A single number five continuous bar is located at the base.
