A WT structural section connects to a concrete wall via a three-eighths-inch thick plate welded with quarter-inch fillet welds and fastened using two seven-eighths-inch diameter Grade A325 bolts. The connection bears against an embedded half-inch by eight-inch by zero-foot-eight-inch steel plate anchored into the concrete with four half-inch diameter by five-inch studs spaced at four inches on center each way.
