A twelve gauge minimum metal curb sits atop concrete over metal deck supported by a wide-flange beam or channel sized per plan. The curb is anchored to the concrete slab using half-inch diameter by two-inch embedment Hilti KB-TZ expansion anchors located at each corner and spaced at a maximum of eighteen inches on center along each side. A closure plate is installed as detailed per plan at the deck edge. A minimum eight-inch high level curb with cant and flashing is provided by the general contractor.
