An HSS6x4 post with a one-quarter-inch cap plate receives hollow structural section girts equipped with three-eighth-inch end plates. Three-sixteenth-inch fillet welds secure the girt end plates to the post at the top and bottom. Angle clips measuring L3x2x3/8 by zero-foot-six inches connect the girt end plates to the post web. Two five-eighth-inch diameter A325 bolts fasten each angle clip assembly in place.
