An exterior wall panel transitions to a louver supported by an angle anchored to a hollow structural section girt. The support angle is supplied by the louver manufacturer, with the general contractor coordinating its exact location with the actual louver furnished. The louver and exterior wall panels are specified per the architectural drawings. The hollow structural section girt provides structural backing for both the exterior wall cladding and the louver transition.
