A square concrete pile cap measures five feet by five feet in plan dimension and supports a column above centered on the footing. Eight number six reinforcing bars run each way in the bottom of the cap, each terminating with a ninety-degree standard hook at each end. A continuous flight auger pile is located below at the center of the footing.
