This assembly consists of a 3/4-inch thick steel embed plate with a 50 ksi yield strength, featuring standard holes sized to match the anchor bolts. The plate is surrounded by a cage of thirty-two number 6 reinforcing bars, arranged in the orientation shown to provide anchorage reinforcement. The reinforcing layout spans 5 feet by 2 feet 6 inches, with nine bars equally spaced along the 5-foot dimension and seven bars equally spaced along the 2-foot 6-inch dimension. The plate features a 3-inch edge distance from the center of the corner anchor holes to the plate edges.
