A precast concrete tilt-up wall panel bears on a concrete footing with a one-and-a-half-inch layer of non-shrink grout beneath it. The panel is secured to the foundation using a Connect-EZ PA-EX footing connector anchored with three-quarter-inch diameter by ten-inch Titen HD screws. Intermediate connections are spaced at five feet on center with a minimum of four anchors per panel.
