A reinforced concrete wall panel section contains four continuous number seven bars spanning the full width of the panel with standard ninety-degree hooks at each end located at the top and bottom corners. Two number five bars spaced at ten inches on center maximum run horizontally across the full width of the panel at the mid-height. Number three ties spaced at eight inches on center are provided, omitting locations where vertical cages occur.
