An additional diagonal web member consisting of an L2x2x3/16 minimum angle is installed on the roof joist at locations subject to concentrated loads. The concentrated load P is positioned greater than six inches away from the panel point. Connection welds are specified as three-sixteenths inch fillet welds typically applied at the member ends.
