A concrete slab edge bears on a steel beam with deck spanning either direction. An embedded steel angle measuring L3x3x1/4 with three-quarter-inch diameter by six-inch studs spaced at twelve inches on center anchors the slab edge. A continuous number four reinforcing bar hooks around the embed anchor studs. Additional reinforcement follows structural plans and typical deck edge conditions details.
