A hollow structural section canopy member is welded to a one-half-inch by nine-inch by one-foot-zero-inch plate anchored by four seven-eighth-inch diameter by eight-inch long stud bolts at six-inch gauge. All welded edges are ground smooth and prepared for prime and paint. The canopy projects a maximum of four feet per plan.
