An offset steel beam connection uses a WT5x22.5 or WT7x26.5 structural tee cut to fit between members with no slotted holes. A shear tab connection specified per schedule joins the carried beam web to the supporting tee. Fillet welds of one-quarter inch size are applied on two or three sides as indicated. The top of steel elevation varies per plan for each carried beam condition.
