A circular concrete pier foundation measures three feet in diameter. The reinforcement cage consists of ten number nine vertical reinforcing bars enclosed by a number three spiral tie spaced at six inches on center with a three-inch clear cover and one and one-half extra turns of spiral bar at each end. The foundation embedment depth is fourteen feet deep or twenty feet deep depending on cable forces referenced from architectural drawings for pole locations. Design parameters specify a maximum exposed wind area of three hundred fifteen square feet per pole, a maximum cable force of five point six kips at eighteen feet six inches above ground, and a maximum fence height of thirty-seven feet. Pole anchorage is provided by others.
