A three-foot diameter circular concrete foundation is reinforced with ten number nine vertical rebar and a number three spiral tie spaced at six inches on center with three inches of clear cover. The spiral reinforcement includes one and a half extra turns at each end. The foundation extends eight feet deep into the ground with pole anchorage provided by others. Design parameters limit the maximum sign exposed wind area to one hundred five square feet, maximum sign weight to five hundred pounds, bottom of sign height to ten feet, and top of sign height to sixteen feet six inches.
