A concrete erection pad sits adjacent to a cast-in-place concrete foundation wall with a variable thickness "T" and a two-inch step. The erection pad width is sized per schedule with a square profile and requires three number five reinforcing bars minimum. A three-inch clearance is maintained from the face of the pad to the adjacent structural element per structural schedules.
