Wide flange framing members connect to cantilevered wide flange beams using full-depth shear plates and typical wide flange-to-wide flange connections. A corner condition occurs where a beam frames in on one side only, requiring a full depth stiffener plate placed opposite the bolted connection per detail A. A perimeter edge wide flange beam extends beyond the cantilevered member continuously as shown with a stiffener plate added per detail 13/S6.1.
