Centerline dimensions establish the symmetrical layout of five anchor bolt locations across the length and width of the base plate. The primary column centerline aligns through the middle of the plate, with equal spacing dimensions of three feet three inches in both orthogonal directions. Additional edge dimensions extend symmetrically to the outer boundaries of the plate.
