Wide-flange girts are connected at the structural grid line with a three-eighths by three and one-half inch by zero-foot-six-inch plate fastened using two three-quarter-inch diameter A325 slip-critical oversized bolts spaced at three inches on center typically. The girt flanges are coped as required and secured with typical three-sixteenths-inch fillet welds. Wall panels align along the exterior face per architectural drawings.
