A timber-concrete composite CLT panel bears on a W610x82 steel beam at Level 2, with a compressible filler positioned at the slab edge. Continuous 102x102x7.9 angles secure the panel assembly to the top flange of the steel beam. A continuous 8x120 fastener spaced at 600 millimeters on center anchors the CLT panel. Twelve millimeter thick stiffener plates are welded to the steel beam web at 500 millimeters on center beneath the lower supporting angle.
