Two concrete panels meet at a corner joint tied together with embedded plates and structural steel angles. A 1/2-inch by 8-inch by 0-foot 8-inch plate with two #5 reinforcing bars, each 3 feet 0 inches long spaced at 4 inches on center, anchors into the concrete. A 4x4x3/8-inch angle, 0-foot 5 inches long, connects the panels with a 1/4-inch fillet weld. A welded wire fabric of 4x4 W2.1xW2.1 is embedded within the panel assembly. Grout is placed in the joint after welding is completed.
