A structural steel shape is welded to a fifty millimeter thick plate utilizing full penetration welds at the flanges and web. Twenty millimeter thick stiffener plates are welded to the web with size twelve fillet welds. Erection bolts per contractor are positioned at the corners of the plate assembly. The overall plate dimensions are five hundred seventy-five by five hundred seventy-five millimeters.
