An embed plate is anchored using seven-eighths-inch diameter by two-foot-long heavy welded stud anchors arranged in a specific layout. A typical side plate is welded along the perimeter of the embed plate. Symmetrical dimensions of three inches, six inches, and eight inches govern the anchor and stud spacing.
