Hollow structural section posts are anchored to concrete foundations and support hollow structural section beams carrying a metal deck roof. A steel channel sits above the roof framing with dimensions sized per plan. Teks screws fasten the metal deck to the roof framing according to the roof metal deck notes. A three-sixteenths inch fillet weld secures the hollow structural section beam to the column connection.
