An eight-inch thick concrete crash wall extends upward from a post-tensioned concrete slab, reinforced with number five reinforcing bars at twelve inches on center each way placed at the centerline of the wall. The post-tensioned slab extends with a two-foot minimum dimension from the wall face, with slab reinforcement omitted for clarity. A three-foot-six-inch maximum height planter is attached to the wall face. A precast column by others is positioned adjacent to the assembly.
