A continuous top track sits above the metal stud wall, secured with two number eight screws at each stud to the top track. Additional number eight screws fasten at eight inches on center. The ceiling joist frames above, sized per schedule, where a T-bar ceiling occurs. Wall finish details are referenced to the architectural drawings.
