The cold-formed steel stud wall features six-inch 18-gauge studs spaced at sixteen inches on center, supported by a bottom track assembly. Stiffclip model CL600-68 by TSN connects each stud using six number twelve self-tapping screws and a half-inch diameter by six-inch embedded epoxy anchor. The concrete stem wall bears on a continuous concrete footing, reinforced with vertical wall dowels matching the reinforcement above. A concrete slab on grade ties into the top of the foundation adjacent to the wall assembly.
