Two wide flange steel beams frame into the web of a supporting girder using bolted shear tab connections. A profiled metal roof deck bears across the top flanges of the beams and girder, sized and reinforced per structural schedules. The beam sizes and connection configurations are detailed per structural plans and standard connection schedules.
