This structural detail shows a reinforced concrete grade beam foundation supporting a concrete slab on grade. The rectangular grade beam is configured with eighteen number seven longitudinal reinforcing bars and number three ties spaced at twelve inches on center. The concrete slab above has a minimum thickness of four inches. The assembly accommodates a brace frame footing depth of two feet six inches.
