Reinforcement layout for a concrete wall panel consists of two number five continuous reinforcing bars at the top and bottom of the panel, each with a two-inch concrete cover. Vertical reinforcement comprises number five bars spaced at twelve inches on center. Horizontal reinforcement comprises number five bars spaced at ten inches on center, running the full length of the panel and terminating with standard ninety-degree hooks at each end. Panel thickness is determined per the panel elevation.
