A continuous steel angle measuring L6x4x3/8 with long leg vertical attaches to the slab edge, anchored by number five galvanized reinforcing bars at twelve inches on center. The stair stringer, provided by the stair manufacturer, connects to the angle assembly with a quarter-inch fillet weld. The concrete slab thickness and reinforcement details are sized per plan.
