An interior grade beam is reinforced with number five stirrups spaced at twelve inches on center and top and bottom longitudinal reinforcement sized per the grade beam schedule. Four number six slab dowels are anchored into the grade beam at twelve inches on center with standard ninety-degree hooks at the bottom developing development length l_dh. A number five closure cap tie is placed at each stirrup location with alternating hook sides. An optional construction joint is detailed below the top of slab elevation, which is sized per plan.
