A structural steel beam connects to a concrete tilt-up wall panel using a web connection plate bolted with multiple rows of fasteners. The beam web features horizontal long slotted holes at this connection to accommodate lateral movement. A metal roof deck bears atop the steel beam. At conditions where the beam rests within twelve inches of a panel joint, alternate detailing applies as referenced on sheet S610.
