A 4-inch Schedule 80 A53 Grade B pipe bollard is secured to a half-inch by 12-inch by 1-foot-0-inch steel base plate with a quarter-inch fillet weld around the perimeter. The assembly is anchored through the supporting element using four three-quarter-inch diameter through-bolts arranged at an 8-inch gauge, clamping between the top base plate and a matching bottom plate.
