A cold-formed steel track is secured to a concrete curb using three-eighths-inch diameter by two-and-a-half-inch embedment Titen HD concrete screw anchors spaced per section with a minimum three-inch edge distance. The track features size and thickness matching the framing studs and is fastened to the studs with number ten screws at each leg. The studs and concrete curb are sized and detailed per the structural plans.
