Reinforcing bars feature a hook interrupted at a wide flange shape encased per elevation with a shear wall per elevation. Plates measuring two and one-half inches by two and one-half inches by one foot five inches are located on each side of the wide flange in four typical rows top and bottom. A seven-eighths inch fillet weld secures the plates typically on top and bottom. Construction follows the requirements of note one.
