A mechanical equipment pad is cast over a concrete and metal deck slab assembly with perimeter dowels and reinforcement. The raised housekeeping pad includes number four bars at twelve inches on center each way within the mid-depth of the concrete pad. Clearances, dimensions, and equipment connections are coordinated per architectural and mechanical drawings.
