Cold-formed steel studs measuring six inches spaced at sixteen inches on center connect to a structural steel beam supporting a concrete slab on metal deck. A vertical slip connection with one-inch minimum movement is provided at the head of the stud wall per the cold-formed steel designer. The slab edge detail coordinates with architectural drawings for metal panels and glazing.
