A concrete stem wall rests on a footing sized per the foundation schedule. Vertical reinforcement consists of two number four continuous bars and number four bars spaced at sixteen inches on center. The storefront system sits atop the stem wall, offset one and one-half inches from the interior face. Interior slab-on-grade and insulation conform to architectural plans, with exterior slab-on-grade occurring where indicated. Footing reinforcement includes an alternate hook direction for the dowels, with footing size, depth, and reinforcement specified per the foundation schedule.
