Cold formed steel joists bear onto a continuous rim track matching the size and gauge of the joist, fastened with number 10 sheet metal screws at each flange at each end. An L50 clip connects each joist to the rim track. The rim track bears directly onto the top track and top plate of the lower cold formed steel wall stud, matching the size and gauge of the wall stud per schedule. Sheathing is applied with panel edge fastening per plan at both the floor level and wall framing.
